He already served his suspension for the allegation. I'm sure that is all he will get until he is found not guily or guilty. If guilty I would imagine he would then get additional punishment.

What if that student used a racial slur against him? Then he would deserve it......

But seriously he was suspended 3 games and I would expect that if he is found guilty he will get kicked off the team. 3 games is plenty before the legal system gets done with it. It's better than not suspending him at all until after the season.

I don't think that there are a lot of details on went down, but from post from last summer it sounded like it was mostly two freshman with a BB gun messing with people as they walked by. Definately pretty stupid, but might not be armed robbery. Not sure if anything was actually taken.

This is from the BB gun thing????? If so, prepared to be disappointed. No team would remove a kid for that. If not the BB gun deal, then disregard this post.

Nealy was there but falsely accused of being directly involved. The others that were there vouched for him, and I'm assuming Gary was the person that was then accused of the worst crime.

And this is all from that BB gun thing, I'm pretty sure. It was the same night at least according to police blotters/reports.
