Since my original thread was closed for the arguments going on with it, thought I'd start a new one. My original post is attached. I just feel that after a 3-0 record as starting QB with wins over then-#20 Texas Tech and #2 Okie State it deserved being brought up.

One of those "I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so" moments. Yes, the "legs like Vick" comment was slightly exaggerated, but hey, I was excited and rightfully so. The kid has been great for ISU this season.

But, in all seriousness (without being arrogant), how about this kid? Really has been the shot in the arm that ISU has needed for awhile.

I told people this after our last win & everybody laughed at me. I went out & shot 100 crows to serve them all for lunch today! BTW I also called the onside right before it happened. Hard to believe 1/2-3/4 of our fanbase knew it was coming & OSU didnt

Well, you kinda went over the top tooting your own horn in your own thread. Mention it once or twice and you get a ton of props. Be an outright delta bravo for 25 straight posts, well, most of us are probably of the opinion that you've congratulated yourself so much that most of us just aren't going to bother anymore.

i called that too. at the half i though "isu is going to onside the kick...no wait...that is too obvious, they will wait a bit and then do it." how on gods green earth was okie lite not ready for that going against cpr?

I'd give credit to our defense way more than I would to Barnett. He was inaccurate on several throws. Barnett also had a pick 6, another pick late in the game that almost resulted in a game winning FG by Ok. State, and a fumble late in the game that Ok. State almost recovered.
