I found myself going to about 15-20 different teams' message boards after the game and reading their ISU/OSU game threads. Every single message board I came across had one, all eyes were on us that night. It was really fun just reading through the thread from start to finish, I loved how people were all predicting a blow out and not giving us a chance and then slowly throughout the game the feelings started to shift. They shifted to cheering their ***** off for us. They were all very complimentary of the environment and crowd. They couldn't believe their eyes and were in disbelief. After we had won, everybody on the interwebs were going nuts. I could read that stuff over and over.
And yes, there was mixed opinions on Sweet Caroline. haha
Ya they really really think highly of the SEC even if its depth is terrible this year. Although the top is unbelievably good.
See and I don't even think their top is that great. LSU allowed more points to the Oregon offense than we did to OkSt. It's all relative. Of course the defenses will look good in a conference with maybe one legitimate NFL QB. This league has Griffin, Jones and Weeden who would start on any team in that league. They are a more defensively talented Big 10 is all. At least the Big Ten has the Wisconsin offense who can do some things. I don't buy this SEC hype. I think Oklahoma, with all their pieces would beat any of those teams and I don't think OSU would be far off. I mean seriously who are the offensive playmakers in that league? Trent Richardson and a couple guys from FL who now can't do anything because they have a slew of inept QBs. We won't even talk about anyone outside of the top 4.
