What kind of Oklahoma team does ISU get Saturday?
They may very well be drained out after last Saturday...
Evidence per this video, after the touchdown the OU player #6 was frozen like a iceberg for a long while....

Hopefully they are a little beat up still. At least we have an extra day on them. I think the real question is what team do we have? Are we still flying too high and not caring as much as we should? We need to keep focused on Oklahoma!

Re: What kind of Oklahoma team does ISU get Saturday?
Maybe after we beat them OU will want to go to 12 teams so they don't have to play Murder's Row North.

Probabaly a ****** off one, looking for blood.

Re: What kind of Oklahoma team does ISU get Saturday?
Hopefully one with no excitement after they realize a national championship is impossible and more than likely no Bcs

Re: What kind of Oklahoma team does ISU get Saturday?
A very angry one that's looking for some sense of revenge and doesn't care who they get it against.
I don't expect this one to be pretty.

Angry, my friends. Angry.

Re: What kind of Oklahoma team does ISU get Saturday?
I actually think OU has some weakness we can exploit. There secondary is average and they miss Broyles on offense. I don't mean to underestimate them but this isn't the same team that destroyed us last year. If we can keep their offense off the field and get some turnovers I think we will at least hang with them.

Re: What kind of Oklahoma team does ISU get Saturday?
I think they'll be angry, but if we can withstand their first punch (or 2), I think we can put the "uh-oh, here we go again" attitude into them.
I actually thought this game would give us a better shot at a W than the Okie State game. Now I am worried about a OSU hangover... Yep, this thread has just been pwned. -
Re: What kind of Oklahoma team does ISU get Saturday?
Well they could be looking forward to Bedlam, be tired from losing from Baylor, etc.
Or they could hang 52 on us. Again.
Either seems likely.

Human, thus we have a chance to win.
They lost to Baylor.
They lost to Texas Tech.
They can definitely lose to ISU
No matter what, I could NEVER cheer for Dirt and Urine. -

The thing I noticed is there O line looks like garbage. They don't get any push or pass protect all that well. A good game-plan by Wally can neutralize that O, and I expect that Barnetts increased confidence passing will make some plays happen downfield.

I never knew that Baylor was a private school.

Who knows. I've followed college football for years, and have learned enough to know that you never know until they hit the field.
Some come out flat and warm up as the game goes on.
Some come out flat and never recover.
Some come out steamrolling and keep going.
Some come out that way and fold at the first sign of adversity.
