Weather for Saturday at K-State
Here is the forecast from the National Weather Service:
Rain likely. Cloudy, with a high near 40. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
Actually just saw the forecast a short time ago on the news and a big front will be coming in for the weekend.
Not sure who this favors... we've had great weather for all the games this year... so this could be interesting.
Go Clones!!

We just had a game that was wet and windy as hell. The way the OU defense played us, it was not outstanding weather for our offense. If it is wet and windy, prepare for more of the same.

Oops... another thread was started about the weather this weekend while I was writing mine...

I don't think the weather had anything to do with White fumbling twice on consecutive series... or Barnett's turnover. It was an occasional, light mist at best... this is looking like actual steady rain. Weather certainly had nothing to do with the missed field goal... kicker error. Plus the dropped passes... were receiver error.
This is going to be a different situation.

Sounds look a Woody game to me.
That reminds me, what is the name of that fullback that lit-up Colorado a few years ago during his moment of glory?

thinkin of ryan koch, I think. Too bad he didn't get more touches in his carreer. He was a great blocker anyway. But would have been a pretty good ball carrier if he wasn't behind hicks. strike that in front of blocking for hicks.

I think you guys are thinking of Ryan Kock against Missouri in 2006, Mac's last game at ISU. Kock had 179 yards on 32 carries in that game.
Re: Weather for Saturday at K-State
That is correct. Was there for the game. Koch was a monster. he couldn't be stopped. In retrospect, maybe we should have featured him a little bit more during his senior year. Maybe a couple of those losses could have been wins.

This is actually the third thread on the subject. This issue was discussed extensively yesterday.

Now I remember. Slight flurries. Kind of cold. Controversial holding penalty. Great game by Kock.

Light charcoal with a flame, stay dry with a poncho/water proof coat.

Don't get this. If that call would have been made on any other play of the game, there would be zero controversy, but since it was the last play of the game the officials are supposed to bury their flags deep in their pockets? Replay showed a pretty clear hold, but the rationale that was made repeatedly was "you can't make that call at that point of the game!" Hogwash!:skeptical:
Kudos for getting his name right. Please take note.

I'm not saying the flag shouldn't have been thrown. I just remembered Pinkel and Mizzou fans were pretty ******. Pinkel hasn't been sober since.
