This forecast keeps getting more crappy. Right now weather.com is saying high of 39, rain/freezing rain, 70% chance precip. Forecast
1) How will this affect the game? More likely keeping things on the ground, more turnovers, lower scoring?
2) How will this affect tailgating? Talk about suck-*** weather for a good tailgate. It may be hard to light charcoal. A good day to break out the waterproof hunting boots, insulated coveralls, and hide that flask of bourbon for the game.
3) Fan travel. From Ames, Manhattan isn't a horrible drive and most of the precip looks to be south of Kansas. I, however, plan to drive 8 1/2 hours from Colorado on Friday afternoon/evening.
I hope you guys don't see another post on Friday morning with me selling 4 e-tickets.
