Does Chris Hassell ever pick ISU in the weekly pick'ems?

The guy never picks Iowa State and always has them getting blown out. I know the guy is a Hawk fan, but come on. Iowa State must have to many germs so he must not want to "touch" them.

Good point, but I will say to be fair that the only games ISU has been favored in this year are UNI and Kansas.

Well at the moment before each game did you see the Texas Tech and Oklahoma State wins happening? I'm sure he picked us for Kansas though.

I'm going to brag. I believe in each of those weeks, only one person picked the Clones to win. It was me both weeks. Having said that, I'm still not very good.

I certainly wouldn't classify Hassel as a Hawk Fan. He appears to be a Hawk Hater (or does he just hate everybody).

Also, some of his impressions are really classless, especially the one of Lou Holtz.

A ranked team will almost always get picked as the winner over an unranked team, no matter how well said unranked team is playing at the time. Look at CBSports or ESPiN: pretty much unanimous picks for KSU.

Hassel is just doing his job, and if he wants to pick against ISU, so be it...we've proven him wrong before, we can do it again.

we were actually favored in what 3 games this year...Is he obligated to pick us? what do you expect?

I don't know what Hassle has done and I don't care but we have picked against the spread on ISU so who's favored to win doesn't really come into the equation.

He is most definitely a Hawk fan but has been very vocal against KF this year. Probably more than i would be.

He is also hilarious. My 2 cents.

Maybe my definition of a tavernhawk is off but I thought that was a loud mouth with a GED, not a guy with a degree from there. If you read Murphy's blog I think Hassles is harder on the squawks not us.
