Penn State vacancy
This is just speculation, not rumor, and it's certainly nothing to get excited about. But you knew that Rhoads' name would be thrown out there eventually. Penn State Coaching Rumors: Could Paul Rhoads Move On From Iowa State? - Barbecue Sauce - SB Nation Kansas City -
Re: Penn State vacancy
Yep and those people don't know what they are talking about either.

Re: Penn State vacancy
I couldn't see Rhoads wanting to take that job, I hope he stays here for a long time.

We've seen a lot of strange things happen--the cheez and cael among others. However, that would be the biggest head scratcher.
However, that was just some random blogger. I don't see any current head coach in their right mind taking on that disaster.

I think it'll be Bradley for a while. Quite a while.

Re: Penn State vacancy
No. Dan Mullen makes some sense though.

Re: Penn State vacancy
Penn State right now is a place for some current assistant coach to go make his mark/ sorta survive until enough time has passed for public opinion of Penn State athletics to improve.

Yep. Its a job for an up and comer to take a risk on. Not something a current BCS head coach should take on. Why leave a job for a job with all the problems where you have to follow Joe Pa? For any established coach, better to let some up and comer take that job and then if he doesnt work out then you'll be the guy that followed 'that guy' instead of the guy that followed Joe Pa.
