Chose Iowa State over offer from North Carolina … attended Hillsborough Community College the past year-and-a-half as a student but did not play football.

not necessarily. It could mean that marshall is committed, but not signed. Who knows, though?

According to info I've been able to gather, ESPN.com's report of a 4th mid-year JUCO signing for Iowa State is not accurate

Who knows. Could be one of those "if this happens then we'll take you" situations.

yeah, but that word sometimes gets tossed around interchangeably with "committed," in which case, the spirit of the article would still be true. I'm not sure if that's the case here, but it wouldn't be the first time, if it was. Like I said, who knows? ESPN is not the most accurate of sources when it comes to recruiting.

Why can no one spell "Reavers"?

After I read the ESPN article, I saw that they still had Marshall listed as attending the school in Council Bluffs. I pretty much assumed that someone rushed, and made the mistook him for Corey Morrissey.
