Who do you favor and like for our starting QB for next year? Both Steele and Barnett showed some great things this year. Both looked pretty bad in the Bowl game. Sam Richardson will be coming off his RS and will be looking to take the starting roll. We know what Steele and Jared are capable of. We will find out more about Richardson in the spring game and such. Lots of time till next season, but let the best man win again!

Actually the bowl game was Friday.
Barnett. He was flustered to start the game, however, I think we should have gone back to him in the second half when Jantz was failing.
That said... I support whatever CPR decides. Maybe he made a mistake, maybe not. I wasn't at all the bowl practices and CPR said SJ had performed very well during that time.
Going to be an intense QB competition come spring ball...

Steele had his chances, this season and yesterday. The fact is, he probably has more up side than JB, but he has a way bigger down side too. He seems to be a huge liability at times.
Trust me I wish I didn't have to start this thread, but no one took the spot and ran with it this year. No one. And Barnett will not go in as the #1. There will be no #1 till Rhoads says so.Quote:
