    Swarm and punish

    I saw on the cyclones.com video that the football team has the words 'swarm and punish' on there shorts. Anyone have any insight on this? Who? When? Etc.

    Wasn't this the same as last year? The defense had "Swarm and Punish", the offense had "Protect the Ball".

    Basically gang tackle. Stand the ball carrier up and if you arent the first one there hit them as hard as you can.
