Appears the new Coach has not yet bought into KU football. Notice the way he addresses the team as, "you" and "you guys." No ownership, I am just here to advise you all.
In retrospect, I hear a lot of "we" and "our" and "us" from the ISU coach. Exchange the you's for we's are re-read the text.
