2012 Gameday T-Shirts

New t-shirts are out at the bookstore. Just snapped some pics of them. Not a huge fan, but I did see something interesting.

Tulsa:

Iowa: They didn't have one on the big display that I saw, beyond one off to the side. I didn't take a pic.
(insert generic 'Beat Iowa' in the new block font)

Western Illinois:

Texas Tech:

Kansas State:

Baylor:

West Virginia:

Anyways, I would like to point out that the Baylor T-Shirt has Jack Trice Stadium on it, but featuring a pretty sweet looking SEZ. SIGN OF THINGS TO COME!?!?!?!

That SEZ image is very interesting...why would they put that on there? Were they intending to do that, or did the designer of the shirt throw it in as a joke?

Interesting, that it is sick looking SEZ.
The Tulsa shirts are pretty sick too.

Honestly, I think it is just an old rendering of Jack Trice that they found and decided to use (not even realizing it had the SEZ. If you notice, there is no SUPER-MEGA-JUMBO-ZILLA-tron at the north end.

But it'd be nice if it was foreboding something.

They are either going to announce right before the Baylor game that we are bowling in the SEZ for next year...

or they are making fun of Baylor because we don't have an effing TARP on our end zone like they do.

Any word on prices? I am assuming that since they were in the Bookstore then anyone can get them and not just season ticket holders. Are they selling them individually or can you get all of them in a bundle for 10% off retail? I think the bundling option would be a pretty good idea.

They had t-shirts for each home game last year. Not available anymore as I think they sold out, but they looked better than these, IMO.

They are selling for $10 each online, so I'd assume they cost the same in store. I know they had a bundle deal for them last year, but I think they were more expensive last year too.

For last year, they did shirts for Iowa, Texas, TAMU, Kansas, and OSU. I don't think they did a UNI shirt.

I have the Iowa one. Looks like this:

I remember Texas involved grilling longhorn steaks.
TAMU it said "Let's Get IT On" with the I-State and the TAMU logos spelling 'IT'.
Kansas said something like "Meet, Defeat, Repeat: 'cause we ain't playin' hoops".
And OSU was a black shirt that involved "Friday Night Lights".
