You guys are all wrong. Tron Smith is applying for a hardship ruling and will win the job with ease. Can you imagine the fear in a defense's eyes when a QB weighing 260 and running a 4.4 lines up against them and grins? That ornery cuss just loves flattening D linemen when running the QB draw. Tron also has a rocket for an arm. His receivers at Nebraska had stone hands so he would simply stick the ball between bars on their face masks. That type of accuracy at ISU has not been seen since Sage.

Unless I'm mistaken, didn't Richardson play pretty crappy in the spring game?
My guess is Rohach will be the future.
I actually thought Richardson played pretty decent in the spring game considering he was still a true freshman. He got the arm to make all the throw and seems "natural" at the position. You can tell he still needs the game to slow down for him. Just my $.02 but I was pleasantly surprised with his game. Still got a ways to go.
