I'm not a big football recruiting highlight video watcher but from the first two minutes that I watched I would say his best quality is staying on his feet. Better wrap him up if you want to take him down.

Sounds like a great back for our system. Especially the vision part. It seems with our system we need a back that can pick the right opening or anticipate where it should be.

He responded to a mizzou fan on his twitter saying mizzou won't let him commit unless its in september
"We embrace that challenge and what it presents to us. I’m going to approach all 12 games this way: We’re going to win them all. If we prepare and then go out and execute, we’re going to win all 12. Now how many are we going to end up with at the end of the year? I don’t know, and you’re right, I won’t put a number on it."- Paul Rhoads on having the toughest schedule in the Big 12

    Re: Tyler Brown Commits

Agree with the Alexander Robinson comments. Not flashy, but from the tape just looks like he just slowly racks up 10-15 yard runs and before you know it he has 120 yards. Just looks like the type of back this staff likes so he wil fit in well.

As far as the BCS offers and everything goes on any recruit from here on out, I really think PR has it right. It isn't the kid you don't get, it's the kid you get that simply can't play at all. So I really am putting zero stock into who has offered and who hasn't. That is why PR makes a couple million, to find guys under the radar, and find a lot of them, that can come in and compete with the big boys.

    Liking this pickup!
Seems like a typical ISU back.. nothing flashy just a solid back! Yancy put a little muscle mass and speed on him. He'll be a good back for us I feel.

    Now.. hopefully his teammate commits!

This would also get him in the 2012 class and not take up a spot on 2013 class if we have the number to sign a large class. I can't remember the ballbark of how many we can sign in the 2013 class.

I don't think that's how it works with high school players. He can't sign until Feb 2013 whether he graduates early or not.

Maybe the poster who said we had 2 more commits that we actually did at the time was referring to these two guys.

I'm pretty sure it does. I think any EE can be moved back a class but there has to be room in that class. I don't pay much attention to the numbers so I don't know if there's room or not.
    I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU

    Or so I have read.
