They told him they would give him a chance just like Iowa State has done with players. You think the Knott kid ends up at QB? I don't but they will give him a chance and then they will talk to him about switching positions. Problem with Derby is that he wouldn't give up when it appeared he wasn't going to work at QB.Quote:

Yeah, I know it happens at tons of schools, but Derby had a lot of QB offers. I don't think Knott and JQ Daniels had any other serious offers to play QB. They were given a shot and it didn't work out.Quote:

Completely disagree. Joe Hadachek has completely changed the football atmosphere at Union. Hubbard had a decent turnaround from the previous 10-15 years at Union, but I wouldn't say that he has ANY impact on the success that Joe has brought to LPC. I've never seen kids more excited and dedicated to football in LPC/Dysart thanks to Hadachek, and it shows with their state championship.Quote:
