College Football Pecking Order
"But you know that old thing, live fast, die young? Not my way. Live fast, sure, live too bloody fast sometimes, but die young? Die old. That's the way- not orthodox, I don't live by "the rules" you know." - David Brent -

Without reading the article I'd say that's about right... now. Give CPR a few more years and we'll be up in the royalty.

Agree on the Peasants. Surprised he didn't go further and say worms.
He's a bit off though. Notre Dame and Nebraska are no longer Kings.

He's a bit off though. Notre Dame and Nebraska are no longer Kings. I agree they are not what they used to be. I also don't agree with Miami being on there.

He's a bit off though. Notre Dame and Nebraska are no longer Kings. Miami needs a step or two down, for sure, along with Nebraska, Penn State, and maybe Florida State. ND should still probably be a King due to perception.
Penn State needs to be a step below Michigan and Ohio State, and Miami and FSU need to be a step below Florida. There are significant distinctions in national perception between them, IMO.

I don't like it, but it seems fairly true

I agree totally, move PSU and FSU down to Barons. Nebraska should go down too, but they and Miami are only 10 years removed from a national title showdown.

We should be "King Slayers"

Nope, **** him. When you look at who he has as Knights we are easily in those ranks. And we're above who he's ranked us with in Peasants. His "Kings"are BS too - FSU, Miami, ND, UN? I understand that we're still climbing our way out of a decades-long hole, but him annointing many of these teams is crap.
