Based on the fact that RGIII won the hiesman last year and was the 2nd pick in the draft and is gone now?? And no, he wasnt your only good player. You had ganaway and wright who were studs... but there gone as well. Baylor will suck again.

I think without RGIII they have a lot to prove. I am admittedly not much of a BU football historian, but I'd bet he's in the conversation for their best player of all time.

In 1992, one guy (Corky Simpson of the Tucson Citizen) voted Alabama #1 all the way from pre-season up to the bowls. He was the only voter to do so the entire season.

Anyone remember the Gino Torretta Sugar Bowl? Funny stuff, he won the Heisman that year and Alabama (mostly George Teague) made him look terrible on their way to another Bama national championship.

Moral of the story, sometimes that one guy is right along. KU might surprise some people this year.

I would say he's by far and away the best player in Baylor history and nobody else is even in the same stratosphere as him.
