Didn't someone say the line for the ISU at Iowa game was something like Hawks a 9 pt favorite. If you figure the home team gets a 3 point swing, that would be saying that if the Hawks played Tulsa on a neutral field that the game would essentially be a pick em because if it was ISU at Tulsa, ISU would be an 8 point dog at Tulsa.
