I too don't like seeing any recruits < 6' but he is probably just 17 so there is time-Dec grad too so hopefully on campus in January.

[QUOTE=cyhiphopp;2987377]Yeah, we'll see where ISU ends up for him. However if he wasn't interested at all he probably wouldn't put out an excited tweet about the official offer. Also, ISU probably wouldn't have jumped in on him this late if they didn't think they had a chance with him.
Recruiting is like any business. There is opportunity costs. If ISU spends too much time recruiting and calling this kid and misses out on another that's a bad move. CPR and staff are smarter than that.
I certainly agree-did he go to one of our camps? Why all this activity now?
But if I was a 4star DB or OL with an ISU offer I would be nervous about waiting for an offer from a "prestige" school considering the number of commits so far.

Apparently you missed the Pinstripe Bowl.
On the other hand, I'd agree that what most people are noticing the 150 pounds. That would make him about the same size (and maybe athleticism) as Ken Lynn when he reported. Judge by the results we've seen thus far with Lynn.
