Do what I do. Turn your radio off at 4:00. Download the AA podcasts on Tuesday mornings in the fall. That should only yield you 20 minutes of M&B per week. That is the FDA allowed maximum.

I personally don't think Brinson and Miller are too bad, so I listen off and on. However, the 2 dudes in the 6 to 8 am slot are below bad. Bring back Deace and Miller for local sports talk!!!!

Miller and Deace had the best local radio going. I really enjoyed their show. And for all the folks that bash Miller for being anti-ISU, I never really picked that up off him. He always seemed to be pretty reasonable when discussing our university.

I like Miller and Deace as well. Miller has never bothered me because he says he is a hawk homer and doesn't hide from that. He liked to sunshine pump iowa and would take subtle pot shots at ISU but in general Miller was pretty fair.

Sounded to me more like they were killing time because they have nothing else to talk about it. And it was clarified that it was second hand information from a media member saying "we're gonna come after your coach". Get used to it unless you want ISU to suck. Teams are going to come after him as long as he has moderate success here.

I don't know why everyone gets there panties in a bunch over this. Think about it. Rhoads has kids in school, and a lot of other family and friends around him.

You think he wants to go make twice as much trying to compete with Bama, LSU, and others then get canned after three years?

I'd put my money on the former rather than the latter, but it's just my opinion.

Edit: For the record, I can't stand Brinson. But Miller is solid in my book.

Canned after three years?.....Look at Gene the wonder boy Chizik he's getting canned after his 4th yr at Auburn after he loses to Bama this year.

The same thing will happen to CPR if he is Dumb enough to go to Arkansas, or whomever else goes to Arkansas...
