Re: 4 Years Later
I'll give Sage a break. He's still a good Cyclone. Sucks that the Hawk fans comment on his tweet.

Re: 4 Years Later
People I work with mis-spell my last name constantly. On court filings and stuff like that even.
Hell, a cousin of mine got married last night and the marquee at the reception had absolutely butchered our name.
The point is, no need to get all wound up about it.

It does happen a lot, but that's just sweet that he still roots hard for us.

Re: 4 Years Later
I've seen many peopl on this site spell his name wrong so I don't blame Sage...Just good to see he's still a true cyclone.

Re: 4 Years Later
I thought it was kind of cool that he and Greenway obviously have a back and forth on it. Greenway was also somewhat complimentary, and not a typical Hawk about it (always liked him more than most Hawks though).

Re: 4 Years Later
I was reading an ESPN article the other week and the guy spelled Rhoads correctly in one sentence, but followed it with an entirely different spelling in the sentence immediately following. He must have been hedging bets on the spelling or something. You would think that ESPN would have a Word plug-in that spell checked athlete's and coaches names.

Re: 4 Years Later
I still think it's sad that Hawkeye fans still cant pronounce the name of the their head football coach. And neither can some tv and radio people. I mean, the guy is wanted by every NFL team and always has Iowa an eyelash away from the National Title Game. That is an outrage...

The point is, no need to get all wound up about it. So that had a hard time pronouncing State?
