Seeing as the only thing separating us from the Cy-Hawk Game is a little more than 72 of the longest hours of the year, I thought I would start this so everyone can share what their plans are for the game this weekend.
I was thinking about going to Iowa City, but instead my roommates and I are having some friends over and going to watch it in a group of about 8 or so.
Definitely will be watching College GameDay and some other games before this one kicks off, but depending on how it goes I may or may not watch more football afterwards.
Drive up to Minnesota for cousin's wedding. Listen to pre-game coverage for as much of the drive as possible. Follow game on my phone until actual ceremony starts. Have friends in-state text me updates while phone is on silent. Celebrate victory with open bar at reception.
I think I am going to head to Omaha to the old ladies and find somewhere to watch the game. If I don't, then I have no idea. Probably head to the golf course and listen to the Hawk Homers drone on and on.
“They're very, very hard to guard,” Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey said. “They're really good. And with Niang in the middle kind of wheeling and all those guys spreading you out, they're kind of a nightmare matchup. And they're men. They're really men.”
