There's a lot going on that's putting ISU in a bigger picture. The SEZ will just be the icing on the cake, once JP completes his other projects.
That's a whole lot more money than ISU is used to making...nice
This is big money for ISU and will make a big difference. Other schools in the BIG12, it is just chump change.
Here is an interview with Bob Bowlsby regarding the Big 12's new media deal. I am really pleased with the Grant of Rights aspect of it. Those are basically the golden handcuffs that will guarantee stability of the conference.

How much of an increase is that over what we are making now? I remember that number coming up a lot during conference realignment but I can't recall what it was.
That's a nice piece to watch. Bowlsby does such a great job. It's really feels good to see a deal like this put together after the last 2 years of angst that existed.
