It's easier to think of all the options now that ties have been eliminated.

If this situation occurs going into that game 4-0 I think it really comes down to the confidence/lack of it we gain from the Tech game. If we ein like we did yesterday, I see us losing VERY easily. If pull another game, either a shootout or a whooping, like the past two games I can see us doing pretty well. I don't see us winning it though, but that maybe leftover anxiety from the letdowns of the Chizik era.

I guess nobody has seen TCU. They play Virginia and SMU leading up to ISU--both legitimate D-1 teams--so I guess we'll have a better idea. Nevertheless, I predict a 26-23 victory. Bet your women and children. We'll miss 4 field goals to keep them in the game.

as a cyclone fan you should know as well as the rest of us that there is no such thing as a sure win. though i think the culture of ISU football is slowly changing, it hasn't changed yet. this team is not so good that they should be looking past anyone.

i'm just hoping we win next week.

This is Tech's best team since Crabtree. We'd be awfully fortunate to win that game.
