Where is Quenton Bundrage?
All the hype he was getting during spring and fall, I expected him to get some catches. Have I just missed him out there?

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
IIRC, Steele slightly overthrew him on a fly route yesterday. That's the only time I can remember seeing his number called.

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
he had a deep route yesterday, and had a step. Steele overthrew him, though. I expect he'll get in the game more this weekend

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
Jantz missed him on a deep ball Saturday. Had his corner beat by a step or two.

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
IIRC, he was on the field a decent amount Saturday including a long bomb that went over his head.

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
I think Jantz overthrew him on a deep ball

He was targeted on one of the deep balls Jantz overthrew last game. That was the only time I have seen a ball thrown his way or even really noticed him out there.

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
I recall a play in the game, IF I am remembering correctly, Captain Jantz overthrew young Bundrage on a go route.
“They're very, very hard to guard,” Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey said. “They're really good. And with Niang in the middle kind of wheeling and all those guys spreading you out, they're kind of a nightmare matchup. And they're men. They're really men.” -
Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
I believe Steele overthrew him on a deep route.

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
So Jantz overthrew him a deep ball? lol
Thank god 10 people posted it or it would not have sunk in Originally Posted by AltHawk Why would it? One bad game doesn't change a thing. Iowa will still be a darkhorse B1G championship contender, and Iowa State will be lucky to make the NIT. -

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
There's a Jantz that Steele over threw him on a deep ball. Not sure though.

Re: Where is Quenton Bundrage?
I also recall his name being announced as tackling an Iowa player on a kick-off. Or was that the Iowa announcer screwing up?
Hilton Coliseum was specifically built to hold in sound with a solid concrete structure, steel doors, and a crowd that sits just a few feet from the court. With a fan base that frequently ranks among the nations largest crowds, players from opposing teams, as well as Iowa State, have said that the floor has shaken due to the loudness of the crowd
