Two football injury notes

Per Paul Rhoads' media session after last night's practice (I'll post a video here in a few minutes).

Devin Lemke had shoulder surgery yesterday and will miss the rest of the season.

Ricky Howard had his knee scoped yesterday. He'll miss the Western Illinois game but will be back for Texas Tech.

Will they release an updated depth chart for WIU?

I assume no mention of Woody means he's 100%?

Let's hope, but it wouldn't be all bad if he was held out and given 2 weeks to be healthy for TT.

I wasn't there. Matt shot the video so I couldn't ask about Woody. I wouldn't assume that he is 100 percent. Not saying he isn't. I don't know. But I don't think it makes a ton of sense to play him this week. Might as well just get him healthy for Big 12 play. Just my opinion but having said it, I have no idea on details as to how he's doing.
