Tiller to ? against ? as a huge TD?

If it was me, we'd already be running a wildcat with him at occasion, but I just have a feeling we will see an end around at some point to have Tiller throw deep to a wide open ???? When do we unvail this play?

Seriously, we know it's all coming, but when, and against who?

Or why hide it so much and utilize it now with the wildcat?

His post was intelligent because yes, your initial post was dumb.

    Tiller can't run a reverse.
Tiller can't throw a deep ball much better than Lenz.
Tiller can't get a handoff or pitch from the outside receiver position.

I mean, there's just no value.

Re: Tiller to ? against ? as a huge TD?

Didn't we also run this w/ Reynolds a couple times? He was a former QB too. I don't remember it being successful, so maybe not a great play for us. Or it's like the wheel route White scored on in the first OT against OSU - works really well, but only once a game at most.

Reminded me of the late 90s early 00s teams the would pull out a reverse, and usually went for big gains. That one always worked against Iowa

Does it count as "wildcat" if the guy behind the center played QB for a D-1 football program?

Yeah, isn't it just kind of having like a QB who hasn't practiced QB back there?

Am I the only one that thinks this is such an obvious trick play that the opposing coaches are probably pointing out to all their guys that Tiller could throw the ball at anytime?
