Why no Big XII logo?

This has been bothering me for a few years. Why don't we have the Big XII logo on our field? Kansas has it with "Kansas" on the ribbon and the logo is in ther colors. I know Texas and aTm had it as well similar to Kansas. TCU does as well, though it just says Conference on the ribbon.

I would love to see it in our colors with "Iowa State" on the ribbon. I know I can't be the only one.

Well, we never know when we'll be shipped off to the MAC

Probably because of our natural grass surface. It is bad for it and a pain.

TV likes to focus on logo's at times. Good decision by Jamie to force them to focus on the I-State logo instead.

Okay, now that makes sense with the natural grass. But how is it any different than our logo in centerfield or endzone?

Those things are important, the Big 12 logo isn't. It could be like isuagronomist said as well. Idk why people think it would be so cool anyway.

It's also the reason our endzone isn't completely painted in and is just letters.

the big 12 almost collapsed and we wouldve been screwed, i think we should show pride in being in this conference. having natural grass might be a reason to not have the logo on the football field, but its not a reason to not have it on the basketball court, which we also don't have.
