Yes it's legitimate. Don't know a whole lot about the situation yet though.
Read it in the DM Register yesterday. I gave my daughter a beer at the last tailgate. Glad I didn't get busted.
Whatever the situation is, Bundrage is not acting as though it is anything serious judging by what he has said on twitter. There was a lot of joking between him and other players about getting set free and stuff like that.
I had no idea that you could be arrested for giving booze to minors, I figured it was just a ticket. A little ridiculous.
Giving booze to minors is a brutal offense for what it deserves. It is BS, everyone does it.
