Re: Week 4 bowl projections
like it, my favorite is Iowa playing in the Little Ceasars's Bowl in a rematch against NIU, maybe there traveling reputation would finally take a hit...haha!

Re: Week 4 bowl projections
Northwestern is going to be much better than the number 6 Big 10 team this year.

Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -
Re: Week 4 bowl projections
I'd be surprised to see a bowl in Houston pass up Texas Tech, if available. With Dallas nearby, and, our largest alumni base in Texas, Tech would have a great showing.

Re: Week 4 bowl projections
ttraiderbacker.. maybe TT (or ISU) will not be available by the time that pick comes. you never know.
Similarly, to the comment above about Northwestern being the #6 big10 choice, who is to say they wont be higher??

Anywhere in Texas, Arizona, or California!

Yep, you never know. If both teams are still available, I would just find it hard to think a bowl in Houston would pick ISU over Tech...given everything being equal (W/L record, availability, etc.).

Re: Week 4 bowl projections
A couple of guys from ESPN are predicting ISU to take Navy's place in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl.
Mark Schlaback has ISU vs. Washington and Brad Edwards has ISU vs. UCLA.
Do you know why I put up with this 'pitiful job', Mr. Donaghy, why I fetch these folks' lunches and clean up their barfs? Cause they make television. And more then jazz, or musical theater, or morbid obesity, television is the true American artform. -

Mark Schlaback has ISU vs. Washington and Brad Edwards has ISU vs. UCLA. Roundtrip from Omaha to SF has been as low as $234 for the flight.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

Plus we can beat Northwestern as bad as we did when we got our nickname.
