I'm not sure why there is a certain part of our fan base on here that won't give you credit for today, but I'll take a 3/1 TD to Int ratio every time.

I've wanted Barnett since after the Iowa game. Wasn't sure about at the start of the season since I didn't know if Jantz sucked last year due to injury or just pure sucktitude. Now we know the answer. Barnett is a no brainer, plus he's a sophomore so he is only going to improve. Just look at the teams that he's played and the upsets that he has been a part of. Now compare that to Jantz.

He's way less "flashy", but is just more effective than Steele.

Any way Steele can lend JB his arm strength? We'd be set.

Who cares? This was a fun, competitive game, and we still won by two TD's. Barnett appears to be the future.

What a dick post. What nonsense...

The simple fact of the matter is that if JB had been the best QB throughout pre season practice, he would have had the job against Tulsa.

I know that SJ has had his problems, and they are well documented here. There does seem to be a segment of the fanbase that had their minds made up before any of this turmoil occurred.

But the guy has worked hard, and been a good teammate when he could have been a dick and caused problems. I would think that people would appreciate all of the guys that put on the uniform.

I root for Iowa State, we are 4-1, and had a great win yesterday. Let's spend the time being happy for that.

If JB is going to be the man the rest of the year, then lets get behind him. If the coaches change their minds and go another direction, then let's support whomever is under center then.

I've wanted Barnett since the end of last season and the Okie State game where Jared showed his true potential.

The Guy's a gamer and thats all I need to know to jump on the Barnett Bandwagon

I'm glad CPR made the change, I thought since last year jb was the man. He just wins, doesn't put up big numbers or look sexy out there, but isu just wins tough games with him.

Let's not forget to praise the defense too!!! They look really good this year and may e the best looking defense at isu in my lifetime!!!
