Interesting that we're tied with Texas and Oklahoma, although it's early. Also interesting to see that we're tied with the team we beat this week as well as our only loss. It's extremely early at this point, but this little snapshot makes the conference look like the balanced monster we expected it to be.
It is probably the most balanced conference. Only KU is the only weak hand. Everyone else in the conference is cable of beating teams ranked 5-25 across the country.
The top end is a little suspect thought. I'm not sure K-State or WVU could hang with Bama or South Carolina.
True - but sadly, I'd still like one team to be far better than the rest (ISU or someone else) so that the B12 gets a seat at the national champ game and two teams in the BCS (should have happened last year).
Not sure a balanced B12 get it. By the end of the year, the media has forgotten that we took care of business at the beginning of the season.
We could be at the top if we upset the wildcats and TT pulls off the upset at home against WV next week.
The Clones may beat my Cats. TT beating WV this year will only happen in dreams.
I do think WVU loses in a shootout this year. It's very hard to go undefeated when your D gives up 45 points per game, even if you do have the best offense in the nation.
WVU has to pass through Ames if they want to get to the national title.
