Here's the listings for 10/20 across the conference:
Iowa State @ Oklahoma State
Kansas State @ West Virginia
Kansas @ Oklahoma
Baylor @ Texas
Texas Tech @ TCU
Pretty easy to assume that KSU @ WVU will get the marquee FOX slot. I would guess Baylor-Texas would get the next best slot and ours would come in 3rd. My guess would be...
K-State/WV- Fox 6PM
Baylor/Texas- ABC 2:30
ISU/Ok State- FX 11AM
Tech/TCU- FSN 2:30
KU/OU- FSN 6PM

KU/OU- FSN 6PM I'd hate to see KState beat us, but if they did, you'd think Game Day would be at the WV/KSU game. Of course, I am hoping after we take care of KState maybe they head to Stillwater for our game instead.

It all evens out. -

Florida vs South Carolina would take it (even if both would have 1 loss). I'd have to imagine Michigan vs Michigan State would probably come before OSU/ISU. LSU/A&M probably would as well.

That's good because I don't want to have to see Corso put on that Pistol Pete head. "There are five real good recruits in the state. We got three of them. One couldn’t get into school, and the other went to (the University of) Iowa...which is about the same thing." - Coach Johnny Orr -

Re: TV slot for next week
It wouldn't surprise me at all if we set a new attendance record for K-State, even with the 11:00 a.m. start. We have a record enrollment and it is parents' weekend. My sister started looking for hotels months ago and had a hard time getting anything. Now we are ranked on several polls. K-State is highly ranked and it is not that far of a trip for their fans.
One thing that concerns me is that we don't seem to have enough seating for the student section. A lot of them have been spilling out onto hillside. My son recognized several kids from his high school that he knows go to DMAAC that were sitting in the front row of the student section. They just buy hillside and then go to the student section, while actual students can't get seats.
I hope we can get out to a good start and get the crowd into it. At least 56,000 would not surprise me.

It's a change in culture. You used to be able to walk in at kickoff and find a seat in the student section lower bowl. Now, the lower section is almost totally full when the stadium opens 90 minutes before kickoff. Students have to start caring more about the game than the tailgating to get a seat. (Doesn't mean that they can't do both, though!)

Last game we got to our seats 5 min before kick off to find some kids sitting there, we asked them to move and in typical drunk fashion 2 of them tried to start a fight with us in front my friends 2 year old.
Love to see the success and crowd's but I would like to be able to take the kids to a safe envirnoment too.

Re: TV slot for next week
Just announced 8am kickoff on Mediacom Connections Channel. “I told you, I don’t care if you’re black or white. I don’t care if you’re rich or poor. I don’t care where you come from, whether it’s Texas, Florida, California, or right here in the state of Iowa, I don’t care about any of that… But what I did care about is moving forward from that day on, that we were one team." -Paul Rhoads -
Re: TV slot for next week
Should be getting the kickoff info for OSU anytime now, i think usually it comes during the 10am hour.
