Trap Game for KSU?

I doubt Snyder would let it happen, but could the Purple Kitties be peaking past the Cyclones to their trip to Morgantown and the Big XII lead next week?

I doubt it. the past 3 years under Paul Rhoads the have beaten us by 5, 7, and 7. They aren't a team that has blown us away.

i thought a trap game would be between two big games I dont consider a home game against KU a home, if anything you could say they were overlooking KU to our game

This is what the 810 WHB guys were saying this morning. After a few backhanded compliments about Rhoads, they said it could be a trap game for KSU, and said it was a tough call.

Definitely a trap game. K-State has the game of the season in the Big 12 next week against WVU.

FWIW, my contacts on the team have said that ever since the Monday after the OU game, K-State has been devoting >80% of its practice time prepping for WVU. The other 20% has been allocated for prepping for the KU game, and now (I assume) the ISU game.

Not sure I agree with this strategy by Snyder, as I think ISU has a pretty scrappy team. Hope K-State and Snyder give Iowa State their due attention.

Your so called contacts on the team are full of bullsheet. If there is one thing Bill Snyder is adamant about it is preparing for the next opponent and not being concerned about who comes after that.

I wouldn't say this is a trap game. Kstate fans and team are aware the skill that Iowa st.has. With that said I see this being close in 1st half but 2nd half we get a rhythm and force a t.o. To win.

never doubt snyder. i have done that time and time again and i was wrong. He is a great coach and will have them ready. CPR better have a good pregame speech to get our guys hyped up
