i understand that people don't like sitting in the rain but personally i would hate wasting 60 dollars on a ticket even more
I am hoping the weather will be nice in the Jack Trice Club section.
Dang...been following the weather...I think poor weather keeps some fans away. And makes the football slippery :-/
Any signs of the system either slowing down or speeding up?
Helps them, hurts us. We want to use speed to get to the outside with Shontrelle. They just want to bulldoze between the tackles. Rain neutralizes speed and shiftiness.
Rain after the game to help clear out the post game celebration and keep the couch and dumpster fires to a minimum.
I think it helps them as well. VERY worried about TOs (fumbles) with the rain and running the read option.
Rain may hurt us, but cyclones will hurt the cats.
Rain helps the team that protects the ball and KSU is amazing at protecting the ball. We turn it over like it's a contest.
Wow...I guess that we need to cancel the game. A little rain and all of the football experts here on Cyclonefanatic.com have deemed it impossible for us to get 10 people to the game or for us to even hold on to the ball.
Someone call the UFL, I think that our stadium will be available on Saturday if they need a place to play because at this rate, I don't see a reason for the Cyclones to play their game.
That doesn't mean that ISU can't win the game. ISU needs to keep trying to strip the ball. It will be slippery and that could mean that they are able to cause turnovers on a KSU team that doesn't normally turn it over. In addition if they are able to cause a couple turnovers they may get in the heads of KSU ball carriers and receivers who aren't used to turning it over - advantage ISU.
ISU ball carriers need to squeeze the crap out of the pigskin Saturday. Wrap it up!
The NWS mentioned a possible severe threat. A dry slot may move into the area and if we see some sunshine it could get interesting. Of course our game is early enough that it may not be an issue. I haven't looked into it much yet, myself.
