I think that's implied. It may be a long shot, but CPR usually doesn't invite guys unless there's a chance. Besides, then he and Bibbs can go back and tell some of their teammates how great Ames is.

Interesting that we might take two recruits away from Purdue. And I know what you mean, since the staff has talked about how they want taller, rangier defensive ends--and Suttles fits that bill.

Iowa State's campus and Purdue's campus have a very similar feel. I took my daughter to a basketball camp at Purdue this summer and came away very impressed. It is not Iowa State, but I did like it. I would say our facilities and theirs are similar. I have to believe the CPR gives us a big edge over their head coach Danny Hope. Hope seems to struggle in recruiting and we know what a greatCoach CPR is.
