That KSU Mascot wears a #0 because he's a nobody.
Even in this pic, Cy still looks less stupid and much more buff
Also with a full costume both females and guys can wear the suit. I'd love to see KSU have a girl wear the head and have a young KSU fan say why does Willie have big ****.
