ISU Ranked 25 in USA TODAY POLL. WHY?

Actually, little known fact about USA today poll. Having your stadium seating covered by a tarp reduces coaches poll ranking by 3 positions. If not for the tarp you would be ranked and have bumped ISU off the list...

What is all of this "we" talk? Doesn't seem like you're much of a Cyclone fan... The short answer is that a bunch of d-bags, many of whom are not so unlike yourself, make up the AP poll mostly rewarding teams for their past or SEC or Big 10 affiliation. ISU, however, is ranked in the coach's poll. Go figure. Doesn't mean that they are better or worse than Baylor. That will be decided on the field.

hello all. hardcore cyclone fan here. born and raised. i'm not a freaking troll, but i can see why you might wonder. and i'm not 'complaining' just wondering why Baylor got dropped so many after WVU -anyone remember what they were ranked? thanks everyone for putting things into perspective.
