    I'd be surprised if it didn't really. Josh Lenz and cyclones were both trending nationally last week and this will be a much higher profile game.

    They were going to but a guy in Iowa trademarked the term to use on clothing. Since the Big 10 loves merchandise they decided to call it the Heroes Game.


    Source: I work at a print shop and said guy came into our shop telling us he was going to work a deal with the Big 10 so he could have all shirts, hoodys, etc printed and make money off it. Couple months later the Heroes Game name came out.

    University of Nebraska owns the Heroes Game trademark. They were smart the second time around to not announce a name prior to having all their ducks in a row. This is probably why the Big 12, Iowa State, and Kansas State have been slow to adopt Farmageddon term.
