Then.... because we have no other options from under center for example.... we throw 2 straight passes. Seriously, you will sleep better if you just let it go.
You don't change offenses in midseason, and again I thought there was nothing wrong with the offense today. But even if that was the case, I trust Coach Rhoads to make the necessary adjustments on offense if needed, not you.

If we had Colin Klein and they had JB, we win by over 3 TDs without a problem. Colin Klein isn't the best passer in the world either, so guess what... they run an offense that best suits him. What a concept!
Our defense is MORE than capable of doing it's job. When the other team is converting over 80% of their third downs in the second half, the defense is not. Wrong again.

Clonedude, just change your screen name and maybe people won't notice it's you for the first couple posts you make. I'm sure you'll make them notice after the first couple though.

You must have missed the part where our defense held them to 1 of 5 3rd down conversions in the first half when they weren't gassed yet from being on the field all day long? Did you see the time of possession?

Gosh, I wish people would pay attention to what I write.

Re: Seriously, are we going to finally ditch this offense next year?
It's not the offense. It is the lack of ability of anyone to play QB.
Listen guys, lot of these problems just can't be fixed without a better QB, and we just don't have one on the roster apparently.

Gosh, I wish people would pay attention to what I write. I read your OP, and to write a post like that now -- advocating for a new offense next season in the middle of this season -- makes you look twice as bad.

Re: Seriously, are we going to finally ditch this offense next year?
You know what else keeps them from staying on the field all day? Stopping the other team on third and long. If they were doing such a good job of it in the first, why were they so tired by the second? Stop making excuses for the D and putting it all on the O. You are just a hypocrite. The team didn't play well enough to win on either side of the ball.

Re: Seriously, are we going to finally ditch this offense next year?
This is a stupid thread started by someone who has no idea what hes talking about. This is execution/playcalling. The plays work when there arent breakdowns. I actually thought the playcalling was decent today outside of the fact that we cant run the damn ball
I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU
Or so I have read.
