Texas Tech-TCU can only be 11:00 or 2:30.
Baylor-Texas can only be 2:30 or 7:00.
ISU-OSU can be any of the three (11:00, 2:30, 7:00).
So for the primetime slot, ABC has to choose Baylor-Texas or ISU-OSU, even though Tech-TCU might be the best pick. I think that ABC will want to get that game on their network, picking it up for 2:30. That means that we have to play at 11:00, since Baylor-Texas cannot. They get the 7:00 slot almost by default. I guess didn't realize that. Texas-Baylor will likely get that slot then if that is the case.

This is exactly my reasoning. If all the games could play in any of the 3 slots, there would be a much different scenario.

Re: TV for OSU
Why are their limitations on who can play in each slot?

I also agree with chuckd4735 that things would be different if all three slots were open for all three games. I would guess that we would see Tech-TCU at 7:00 and basically a coin flip between our game and UT-BU for the 11:00 and 2:30 spots. But under the way things were announced, I'd be very surprised if ISU-OSU wasn't the 11:00am FX game.
