Re: Charlie Rodgers Transferring (RUMOR)
He may be mad he's red-shirting and not playing, just 2 months and then the season is over and he is in off-season workouts and playing for the depth chart. Lots of freshman dealing with the same things on campus, his may just be tougher as sitting out is likely tough to be a scout team player, especially when you are used to being the guy.

I hope we have more db's that are over 5'-7". He is tall if I remember. I don't care how fast you are.....In Big 12 we need to have 6'1" plus gamers at db who will chuck recievers. no more smurfs.

Well, it stinks to lose an athlete. He probably has great talent. I hope the coaches have a chance to talk to him.

Great...
It could be the lack of success as of late. Maybe if we can win some games, he will change his tune.

We lose by less than 1 score to a team that may play in the Natl Championship and then we lose a road game in the Big 12 and that is considered lack of success that will lead to players transferring?
Really?? Think before you type next time.

The season is not over yet there still can be a lot of success. Kids change there mind all the time if he leaves (I hope not) then best of luck to him and hopes he really thinks this through dude has talent.

Re: Charlie Rodgers Transferring (RUMOR)
I wonder how he really fits in at defensive back anyway. I saw him play a little corner last season and I wasn't too impressed. I always figured that he would be more likely a receiver. Also interesting that his only other offers were Minnesota and NIU. Wonder where he'd go. Maybe a JUCO?

Really?? Think before you type next time. Settle down. Our offense has looked terrible lately, just stating how losing games can have an effect on some people. Try not reading into everything someone writes on internets, you might live longer.

Re: Charlie Rodgers Transferring (RUMOR)
A lot times players have to sit behind someone else it happens at every school and to very good talent. Bulk up learn and play for the starting position next year. I want Rogers to stay.

You would have to find a way to get him time whether it be strong safety, corner, special teams variations or even WR if he's up to it. Talent is the key to move us up the ladder. Losing one of the biggest of the class is bad news.
