Auburn's punishment should be not being able to fire Chizik
And in addtion to that, no more season tickets. In fact......no more tickets at all. Replace the tickets with chizik coins. Gold for season holders.....and bronze for single game. Then......for the next ten years....to get admittance to an Auburn home game, Auburn fans must produce a chizik coin.
I don't think Criner was even this bad when he cheated at ISU.
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.
I would doubt Auburn would bury Chizik by exposing HUGE money payments to recruits. Not really the time as an NCAA FB program to out yourself as a brazen cheater. Another point to make is that our very own beloved CPR was a coordinator at this illustrious cheating institute. So let's be careful about broad characterizations of how this is always how they conduct business. That said, I wouldn't mind alittle behind the scenes action for a blue-chip QB right now.
If you think there's any question that this has been going on at Auburn for decades, do some googling of the name Bobby Lowder. I think that will remove all doubt.

I didn't say that I don't think it is happening or happened in the past. I said our coach was a coordinator there. Was CPR a defacto cheater because he was there? If all Auburn does is pay players and cheat then CPR must have too.

I'd say it's pretty likely he knew what was going on, but I won't speculate as to if he was directly involved in it.
By all accounts that I've read, Terry Bowden did not actively participate in what was going on during his tenure at Auburn, but that doesn't mean it wasn't happening. Part of the reason it was so easy for them to can him when his win % took a little dip - he wasn't "one of the boys".
