I hear no rumors on a regular basis. Hell, I barely talk football with my friends and family. Yet for 24 hours now, Knott has been a subject in my conversations.

Im the last person on earth to receive news, so when I do, i take it seriously.

He and Klein are who ISU strives to be. Best players I have followed on and off the field in my 30 years of being a Cyclone.

His surgery is Sunday. I just looked through my texts again and it is on Sunday. Why I was saying Saturday, I do not know, but it is Sunday morning. Sorry for the screw up.

Because he doesn't actually know anything. Knott was obviously playing hurt the second half of last game, so some people are starting rumors in the hopes that if they are right they can feel better about themselves for being important on the internet. And if they are wrong nobody will remember in a week or two.

And it's one big game of telephone, nobody is even claiming to know anything, they are claiming to know people who know people who know things.

It's totally possible Knott is hurt and done for the season, but I highly doubt anybody on here actually knows if that is the case.

What don't you get about people close to him wanting to keep it private? There have been leaks everywhere regarding this, from people that know a lot more about the situation than I do.

Not sure what you were expecting with the PM? Knott is running for president with Hoiberg as his VP in 2016? With that said I find this all very interesting.
