He's not saying if he had surgery. He's saying it's an injury you could play with if you could prevent your arm from moving a certain way.

I think the original rumor was on KXNO like Monday?

If he doesn't play it will not be the reason we lose to Baylor. Lack of offensive production seems to be a bigger problem.

What happened to the post who said he was having surgery? I would like a source. Is it KXNO?

As others have stated this is not even close to the first time they have kept things well under raps. I remember a couple of years ago when O'Connel had a wrist issue they had him wear a hoodie and hid the wrist in that for interviews...it was 80 degrees but no one thought twice about it until the game when he didn't play or played limited.

This in a nut shell, if we lose our captain, I see the team rallying around it. Its one of those things that even with all the anguish with the quarterbacks, this brings the team back together. They will play this one for him. If we lose Knott, I would not want to be the opponent Saturday, things like this just amp up a team.

The key to Saturday lies on the other side of the ball. However, this would be a huge loss for the remainder of the season. Can't replace elite players like that.
