    How can we acknowledge Jake on saturday

    I know its just another game (a huge game in that) but its the first time Jake Knott won't be starting in what 36 games? I want to acknowledge him the moment he steps on that field. Yes I know senior day is the day to it, but he deserves it. Who is with me? I know I'll have a sign ready for him

    I'm guessing he'd rather not be recognized individually and would rather you focus your energies on cheering on a team to victory.

    The best way to acknowledge Jake Knott would be Iowa State scoring more points than Oklahoma Saturday.

    YES, Jake Knott needs to be acknowledged on Saturday. I'm in Texas so won't be able to help but I fully support the idea - and have some suggestions.

    Is it too out there to consider having the number "20" on all of the team's helmets, or is that reserved for dead guys?

    And how about big colored squares held up to create a giant "20" in the stands. I presume since we're playing OU that gold may be the recommended color of attire. So some big cardinal squares might just make an impressive "20" for everyone - and ABC tv viewers - to see. Talk about the PR that could also give the university - we could make Sports Center...

    And... let's win the game - I'm sure Knott would consider that an honor in itself!

    I'm sure the hit tape will be Knott heavy. I think Cyclones TV will probably do a Jake specific hit tape sometime this week, similar to what they did for Royce.
