Week 11 Bowl Projections
Big 12/SEC bowl projections: Week 11 - Dallas Colleges Blog - ESPN Dallas
This week, David Ubben says were heading to the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas. I have a really tough time seeing TCU win another game, their schedule is very tough.
Post your predictions in this thread. Here are mine: | Team | Record | Bowl | | Kansas State | 12-0 | BCS | | Oklahoma | 10-2 | BCS | | Texas | 9-3 | Cotton | | Texas Tech | 8-4 | Alamo | | Oklahoma State | 8-4 | BWW | | Iowa State | 7-5 | Holiday | | TCU | 6-6 | Texas | | West Virginia | 6-6 | Pinstripe | | Baylor | 4-8 | | | Kansas | 1-11 | |
Holiday Bowl plays PAC 12 #3. This will most likely be UCLA, Stanford, or USC.

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
All for Holiday. Too bad it's a 5th-order bowl instead of a 3rd-order bowl now, but I'd still definitely take it.
Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this. -
Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
I think we win our last two and get our first trip to San Diego. If so, I'm there!

And the ESPN Bowl link has Mark Schlabach & Brad Edwards both putting ISU in the Pinstripe: College Bowl Games - 2012 College Bowl Projections and Schedules - ESPN -
Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
Kind of funny seeing WVU projected 6-6 and in the pinstripe bowl..when if they were still in the big east, they would probably be undefeated and talking BCS, the way that conference is this year and most years.

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
If OSU loses to Tech, ISU would be tied with them. We could (potentially) jump them and play in the BWW bowl (former Insight bowl). I think i like the attractiveness of the Holiday bowl better, but it would be very nice to play the Big 10 instead of Pac 12 #3!

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
Need OU to win out, need TCU to lose out, need WVA to lose as well...

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
I don't want to go back to New York... and Play in the cold... in a baseball park.

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
I'd expect a lot of interceptions in an Iowa State-USC Holiday bowl. The Quarterbacks would keep accidentally throwing to the defensive backs because of the uniforms.

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
ISU is not going 7-5 sorry I predict 6-6 and back to the **** stripe bowl

Re: Week 11 Bowl Projections
I don't see us beating anyone other than Kansas with our quarterback issues. Steele just can't pull that off.

Good times on Hawkeyenation.com after the 2010 Wisconsin Game!
