If we can stop KU from running the ball we win. But over the last several weeks it feels as though our defense has been beaten badly by the running game, even though the pass defense has been much worse. Its Senior day in Lawrence, but the crowd will be sparse with a 6:00 kick and a losing team so I dont anticipate the Jayhawks having much to draw off outside of Senior emotions and gunning for their first win. But I just cant put any faith in this offense for Iowa State. We lead early but we lose the time of possession battle by a wide margin again and the defense gets tired. KU 24-13.

KU doesn't get 400 rushing yards like they did against Tech, but they do get more than 300 and control the clock for 40 minutes. And even though they've only passed for about 100 yards in their last 3 games combined, one of their scores will come on a 50+ yard passing play.

Seems like many are getting a good headstart on the meltdown. Not me. This game will be the big win for us that it is supposed to be.
