That's what it should be but I cannot imagine Texas agreeing to play up in Ames in mid November. I bet it is different with Texas playing one of the first conference games in Ames.
Probably right, but I remember being at a cold rainy Texas game a few years back (October though I think) and they still managed to kick our ***. In fact, I think the Elder Shipley had a million yards and 10 touchdowns that day. At least that's what it seemed like when I heard, "Complete to Shipley!" about a thousand times.
Ugh, and his brother was a repeat of that game this year. I really hope there isn't another brother coming along. It's tough hearing that name called over and over during a game.

Was that the 56-3 fiasco? I was there. That was bru-tal.
If a Big 12 game does get moved into the slot, it could look something like this (I'm using KSU -- seems like league prefers to keep a "probably meaningless" ISU-KU game toward the end of the season — TCU would not surprise me, as you said)
UNI
Kansas State
Iowa
@Tulsa
Texas
@Texas Tech
TCU
@Baylor
Oklahoma State
@Oklahoma
Kansas
@West Virginia
I think it would be @KSU
Remember that stressed spelled backwards is desserts!
"The New England Patriots: As annoying as the Yankess, just with 23 fewer titles."

Rest easy. Jaxson was the last one from that WR brood. I just wish the Cyclones didn't have to face Jaxson for another 2 years yet as I'm betting he sticks around his full Longhorn career like his brother did.
I really wish the big 12 would just rotate stuff down each year, and keep the traditional games where they are.
Bedlam at the end of the season, and red river shootout at Texas state fair for sure. Those sort of game can stay put.
ISU started off with Tech, TCU, K-State, OSU and finish up with KU/WVU.
How bout WVU to open next year in conf play, then Tech, then TCU and so on and so forth? Finish 2013 @ home with Kansas. Then open 2014 @ Kansas, with WVU up next, then Tech and keep on sliding the games down each year. Seems pretty simple to shake things up a little without having to redo the whole schedule.
Eventually Texas would come to Ames in November under that model.
